Job Description
- Assist in employee development and training
- Be responsible for day-to-day HR activities which includes employee attendance, record keeping, leave management and other ad hoc activities
- Assist the recruitment and selection process- this includes placing job vacancy, short listing, scheduling and organize interviews, interviewing and selecting
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work-related issues
- Assist in the performance review process
- Conduct team building activities and employee welfare activities
- Assist employee onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain good relationship with the employees
